Well, this hotel is worth the money for sure - even if it is an expensive hotel indeed. The facilities available for kids are just perfect. Pools, playrooms, outside areas everything is nice. The food is amazing, there is everything you can think of. Rooms (even Falky rooms, which means kind of standard room) are comfortable with a seating area and separated small bedroom for kids (just bare in mind, the beds in this bedroom are small, therefore not really suitable for teenagers, only for kids up to 10 years I guess) and a great huge bed in the main room (I guess it's 200x220 cm).

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town Zadar. Walking distance to most sights. Very comfortable. No elevator but we were fine mangaging the stairs. We accidentally turned off the water heater but I'm sure if we would have called them it would been handled. There was A/C and heater too and good wifi.

Great location right in the center of the old town, beautiful view from the windows, and a 24-hour front desk. We didn't arrive until 10:30 PM, but after dropping off our bags, we still headed out for an evening in the city. Good-sized room with a private bathroom and shower. And that sea view from the window... highly recommended! Very good continental breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves — whether you prefer sweet or savory options, from muesli to sandwiches with scrambled eggs and bacon.

I truly enjoyed my staying at this hotel. It looks like freshly renovated and very clean room. Manager was friendly and polite.

Excellent location and very near to all attractions in the old town. Our apartment was very clean and had a kitchen at that surf very well to make a simple meal. Staffs were nice and helpful.

Very kind and friendly staff. Although we arrived there little bit earlier than we expected, they had finished the preparations and welcomed us.

The accommodation is right in the centre of Zadar. My room was clean, cozy, everything I needed was provided. The beautiful host allowed me to check in earlier that really helped me to explore Zadar much more since I had much more free time. Communication was on point :)

Very nice location in old city center Staff was very nice and helpful

The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern. The location is super central but somehow it was very quiet in the room, which we really appreciated! The host is incredibly responsive and polite. There’s no parking in the old town but we were able to park right outside and only walked a few minutes to the room. The host had also sent us a few locations for parking. We loved it. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Awesome location! Our host, Stefan, was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions whenever I messaged him.

Cleanest home ever for my trip to Croatia so far. Everything is immaculate clean. Location is perfect, in old town, close to the eateries and sites. Communication is so good, every question was answered including where to eat, how to get to bus station, and so. Will recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Rooms and Apartments 72 in Zadar. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore all the charming streets, historic sites, and local restaurants. A special thank you to Marija for her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zadar—we'll definitely be back!
