This hotel was extremely elegant. The stay was calm and relaxed and had great style and grace. I had the best sleep yet in Europe and the room was nice and cool. Lovely high quality sheets, Absolute hidden gem. Wonderful restaurant too. I hope to return soon.

Since this was a bit of a last-minute booking, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for this room based on the facilities and the location. The room and bathroom were beautiful and very large with fun and unique ceilings and finishes. The view out onto Piazza Catulo was amazing. We were able to enjoy a powerful thunderstorm roll in over the lake from our window. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the Hotel, including the fact that they are pet-friendly and we were able to have our dog with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is super convenient—just a short walk to both the bus station and the ferry boat terminal, which made getting around a breeze. Despite being close to transport hubs, the atmosphere was tranquil, allowing for restful nights. The owners truly go above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us to the train station, which was a huge relief and very much appreciated. Breakfast was a delight each morning, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. This place ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and care. We highly recommend this place.
