Laura at the check in was wonderful. She was friendly and professional. Our room was the Junior Suite and it was beautiful. The lake view was gorgeous.

Hotel Europa is located on the lake shores in Malcesine, right in front of the beach. All rooms have a balcony, air conditioning and satellite TV, and some offer beautiful views of Lake Garda.

Location, facilities, beach, view of the lake, friendly staff, awesome owner. A balcony shade and a light on the room was not working, the owner sent us a bottle of Prosecco for our trouble. They fixed the light right away.

The location was perfect. There was free secure parking, so no worry about my vehicle. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a variety of choices. All staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and we got the warmest welcome from Giulia. The AC worked well and was very nice after a long day in the sun.
