The property is on the street along the water front. Very close to the ferry port. If you’re coming or going by ferry it’s very convenient. The breakfast was very good. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The host was very nice to let us check in a couple hours early.

We loved everything about this space! The beds were clean and cozy compared to the other places we stayed. The staff was incredibly accommodating with all the hiccups we had (super late check in due taking the wrong train). Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Francesco was a great host, very easy to communicate with, very helpful answering questions, providing recommendations, organizing transportation. Truly a pleasure to deal with , my wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously, highly recommend.

The homemade breakfast and fresh coffee each morning on the rooftop terrace was a treat! The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Two balconies made for a nice breeze, we only used the very quiet in room AC at night. The private wi-fi was an added bonus as well. Al Castello is centrally located, a quick walk to the main streets of Reggio. The staff was friendly and responsive to questions as well.
