Attentive staff. Food was second to none. Room with a view.

Very beautiful gardens and building with wonderful views of lake garda. Very peaceful with wonderful flowering shrubs.

Staff is great. Everything is clean and nice.

Location. Pool. Can run near there. Breakfast and dinner options were great! Right on the lake. Perfect spot to either visit the north side Riva or go down to Sirmione.

The hotel is on the perfect location, small hotel beach is great for kids and not crowded. Breakfast was nice, room and balcony were completely fine for out 5 days stay. All facilities are clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and polite. All in all it was a great vacation.

Great location, very easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive and super friendly. The star of the show however was breakfast. Good quality produce!!

Nice location, good service and people

We had a great time here and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Laura is a very friendly and lovely host. It was a great experience staying here.

The pool was excellent and it was still operated in late September. We enjoyed the richness of the breakfast, even we were late. The hotel room was very clean. Large parking area in front of the hotel. Very kind staff.

Location and view from our loft bedroom - incomparable. Restaurant with chef, the owner is one of the best - no need to look any further. Right in the middle of the town with all the cafes and boutiques. Beautiful balcony looking into lake promenade. Comfortable bed. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and a very warm host.

The place is beautiful and really nice! Very cozy and well decorated.

The staff was wonderful!! Lara at check in was so helpful with our bags and parking and what to expect…lake Garda was a last minute decision for us…and it was a good one!! The restaurant was right on the water, the food was terrific..the beach was steps from the hotel…chairs included and lots of access to toys. John Luca, one of the family owners, very handsome, set us up with a private sunset cruise - that part of the Lake is stunning and calm.. The breakfast buffet was on point, sweet Maria served up delicious coffees and special eggs and bacon for my husband..I had way to many of the sweeties We added an extra night and upgraded too.. the view from our suite was amazing!!!

Beautiful hotel, located close to the Lake Garda. plenty of parking and fantastic restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful, and i was very happy with the room i had.

It’s unique, it is special and it’s isolated , though you can get anything in 10 min drive. The owners will really let you feel welcomed and happy, anything I asked was welcomed with a smile. I really recommend it to anyone who will know how to appreciate quality of life in a special rural way. Moreover the food was great. And the service too.
