The hotel is very nice and staff super friendly. I felt it was a very service based hotel as we constantly were queried if we needed anything which is what you expect at this price point. Bed was super comfy as well.

Excelent location. Nearby walking locations and plazas.

Staying at NH in Centro Histórico was an amazing experience. Great location, we were walking distance from Zócalo, lots of shopping & great food. The rooms were very comfortable, clean & the staff were amazing. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you NH for making my stay and birthday amazing. Getting a surprise piece of cake brought to my room was incredible.

Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

I loved every moment of my stay! Definitely central to all the tourist and shopping spots in CDMX. What’s not to like about the mysterious chill vibes of the hotel, the popping famous restaurant below, and the accommodating staff? Also the breakfast included in our booking was top notch. Plus a refreshing albeit tiny pool to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return! ( Some photos are from our trip. I couldn’t delete them)

The location of this place us unmatched! This was better than I expected. I booked a single bed in the 4 bed mix dormitory and ended up having the whole room to myself. They had staff there 24 hours and were always available. There is a small locker in the room but you have to bring your own lock, the best of my larger bags I checked with security to put in the back room while I was out exploring. Perfect for my 2 night 1 day stay.

I liked the location because it was near the Zocalo, in the Centro Historico.

The service and the attitude of staff was exceptional. You feel like you're staying in a luxurious hotel. The hotel is also modern, with great food and wifi. My recommendation and would definitely stay again.

The food at the restaurant was amazing and the service was excellent: Rene, Emiliano, ManuelFelipe the Capi, Nohemi at the bar, all of them took very good care of us.
