Staff is cheerful and functionally bilingual. The room was good-sized and everything worked. The breakfast was made-to-order and serving hours were wide. Terrace is a pleasant, quiet feature.

Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us.

We have stayed in several hotels is Querétaro and this has been by far our favorite one so far. The hotel is in a very good location. While it's in the center of everything, we were able to find peace and quite within the hotel. The hotel has a lot of beautiful spaces to hang out and have breakfast at. The staff is very friendly and very responsive to any need. Our bed was very comfortable. They offer several options for breakfast, the menu even has a vegan section. We will definitely stay there again.
