The ambience was warm and welcoming. The concierge named Keith went in my opinion went above expectations making sure we got to see a show on Broadway that was affordable and could accommodate an odd number of people (3) on short notice.

The staff gets bonus points for hospitality, professionalism and courtesy. As Ambassador Elite at Marriott Bonvoy I've had my fair share of interacting with hotel staff. For a small hotel to provide service levels that I find better than many Marriott properties I've stayed at is definitely worth extra credit. If it weren't for that I would've rated this hotel 7/10 on account of the loud noise at night but the bonus points for the service makes it a 10/10. They have green tea & coffee in the lobby as well as in the room. A water filter for hot & cold water in the lobby so you don't have to rely on bottled water. Location is close to many Asian restaurants & supermarkets so anything you need is within a 10-min walk.

Being a hostel set up , it gave us an opportunity to interact with people from different cultures and GAVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO MINGLE AND SET UP ENGAGEMENTS WHICH HAVE YIELDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE FUTURE...The cleaning staff (especially the lady cleaning the kitchen) was exceptional

I loved everything about it lobby people were so nice and helpful when events were going on they made sure we were on of the fist to get in

Amazing Hotel in NYC! Super compfy beds, room quiet and clean, best sleep in the city that never sleeps:) So friendly and helpful lady in the front desk! Easy walk everywhere, close to MET and Central Park!

Staff was amazing! Went above and beyond in every single interaction. I wish I had the names of the lovely 64-year-old man at the front desk, and the very kind and helpful luggage storage man, and valet parking attendant. Truly amazing.

I loved everything! I was in NYC for a short work trip but I’ve been given an amazing corner room, I believe 407, with a lovely view. The position is great too, in Midtown close to everything.
