Reception was fast, even though they were busy. The nice lady was new, told me so, but I wouldn't have picked up on it otherwise. Also got a good Reco for food.

HIlton never disappoints. Great facilities, service and food. Staff polite and knowledgeable. It is always nice a pet friendly hotel.
