Only the best words about this place and especially about its people. Two brothers running the business are the kindest people I have ever met during my travels. Christian is an angel sent to me when I needed support and help the most while in Bariloche. I do not have words to describe his empathy level and willingness to help. I wish we had more people like he in this world. If I ever come back to Bariloche - I already know where I would stay. Only in Hosteria Sudbruck. The place itself is very cozy, located outside the noisy Bariloche, up in the ski resort, only 10-15 minutes car ride to the town. Perfect place to stay if you look for a quite place close to the nature. The location is perfect for the hikes. Several epic hikes are doable right outside the door - no need to drive anywhere. And Christian gives a bunch of tips how to get maximum from your hiking activities or drops you wonderful other ideas (like grab take-away empanadas, drive to the mirador close to the hotel and enjoy sunset). Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, considering I was the only guest in the whole property. I was surprised that for one person they prepared that much every morning :-)

We stayed at this property before and after a hike to Refugio Frey. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the trailhead, so the location is perfect. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, and the layout, design, and quality of the furniture really stand out. It fits my aesthetic of old-fashioned but well-made—very vintage and cozy. We will definitely be back. Breakfast (when included) was also generous.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our family. My daughter lost a tooth, and the cleaning staff brought her a treat. Breakfast was great and location to hike to refugio frey was across the parking lot. If we.come back to Bariloche we will stay again for sure.
