We needed ground floor as one of our party was unable to climb stairs. Craig was really helpful and catered for our needs. We were near the beach and the property had everything we needed to self cater. Very happy with the room and had a comfy bed!

Great location with ocean views. Only a short walk to patrolled Kings Beach, Kings Beach Surf Club and an easy walk along the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach. We stayed in Unit 1 so not too many steps for my elderly mother. Would easily accommodate a family of 4. The beds are very comfortable. Bedrooms had fans and the living area had an air-conditioner and a fan. The kitchen had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including, coffee pod machine, tea & coffee supplied and a filtered jug of water in the fridge. There is a washing machine which is handy for refreshing beach towels after a day at the beach. Property has a pool, although we were too busy at the beach to utilise this facility. The bottle of wine was very much appreciated. Thank you.
