Rolling Surf is an ideal base for exploring the Sunshine Coast. The cafes, restaurants and bars of Caloundra are just a 2-minute walk away. Kings Beach is less than a minute walk away. Sunshine Coast Airport is 40 minutes' drive away and it is 1-hour drive from Brisbane Airport. Each of the contemporary apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining setting and a washing machine. All apartments offer views over the pool, the ocean or courtyard. We have a range of apartments from balcony units, to pool swim outs or rooftop terraces. Rolling Surf Resort features direct access to Kings Beach. Relax in the warm sunshine, or alongside the swimming pool, which runs up to the door of some apartments. You can share an outdoor meal using our BBQ area.

Please note that if a credit card is not provided upon check-in, the guest is required to pay an AUD 500 damage deposit which will be returned upon check-out. Please note a no party policy strictly applies to all rooms. In our rooftop apartments a maximum of 10 people are allowed on the rooftop.

Please note, that if you have booked the 'Seamist - 3 Bedroom Apartment' or 'Meridian Tower - 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment', Seaspray or Nimolanca this is located off-site, however, please still check in at Rolling Surf Resort, unfortunately the Rolling Surf pool is not available for these bookings. Please contact us for more information.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
