The place was absolutely gorgeous and impeccably appointed — from the room controls to the Dyson hairdryer, every detail was just lovely. Chris at reception was so warm and welcoming. But the real highlight of my stay was the food — indescribably good. It was so exceptional that I ended up enjoying three meals at the restaurant during my overnight stay!

I adored the location of Medusa. Darlinghurst is such a lovely neighbourhood. There were so many great eatery options nearby and I was surprised with how beautifully quiet it was during the nights after closing time. Perfect city feel for the day, felt so lovely and safe in the area, then deliciously calm all night.
I stay in alot of hotels around the world and it's rare that I will review them because they're all quite generic. Medusa is anything BUT that and I LOVED it. Jesse and his staff were so beautifully personable and made the whole stay a lovely experience. Decor is 10/10. Beds were comfy. Location is brilliant. Can't fault them at all!

Very friendly couple who offered many suggestions on what to do in the area and there was more than enough food for breakfast and snacks. I loved the attention to detail with how the apartment was decorated. They have a sore down the block and bus stops nearby.

This cosy apartment was an absolute gem. Cosy, clean, comfortable, great location and magnificent views. The apartment presented well lovely decor, very comfortable bed and couch. From my perspective I very much appreciated the nice touches like tea, coffee, sugar and milk for that welcome cup of tea which also included other pantry staples. The bathroom essentials of shampoo, conditioner,body wash and hand wash were plentiful for my stay the hairdryer was a rocket (thank you🙏🏼). Having cafes, convenience store and public transport close by was all I could ask for. I Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Having passed the hotel many times over the years, we hadn't stayed there so it was brilliant to be able to this time. We had two rooms which were both very spacious with lovely views. The staff were great and allowed our son to use one of the meeting rooms for a zoom interview (he got the job!). The pool overlooking the harbour was gorgeous and the staff were very efficient. There were loads of cafes and bars in the area plus the ferry into town was just a 5 min walk - a beautiful way to travel. Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay.

Great location. central to uni. very quiet. walking to all shops.
If you do drive - pay for the parking as the area is very hard to find decent parks.
THere is a central kitchen and laundry too on the ground floor which was awesome.
Easy to get to the hotel from the city and so close to all the shops in Double Bay. The hotel is always clean and organized with functional rooms that are super comfortable.
