Family suite was dirty.Bed sheets stinks.we didn't spend the night but paid the full amount. They didn't honor the price you have showed in Reservation.

I am grateful for how the hotel handled all aspects of my issues when by mistake I was charged twice the hotel realized the error and immediately made sure that a refund was issued. I am delighted to say money was back in my account. The hotel staff were brilliant at how they calmly dealt with this issue and assured me that they will ensure my account was safe. My room was clean and immaculate,I was upgraded and even better has a power jet shower in my king room suite. Thank you to the front house staff and manager. Dr Elkas Rahman Mohammed

This was my second stay within several weeks. I was greeted like an old friend. The room was just perfect. When my flight to Colombo was cancelled due to Cyclone Ditwah the hotel was happy to extend my stay, arrange new transport to airport when needed and assist in other communications contact. All in all a brilliant hotel and staff.

I really liked the property for its clean and well-maintained environment. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable.

I stayed at Lakeshore Banani for two days and had an excellent experience. They upgraded my suite for the entire stay. I requested stable Wi-Fi for an important meeting, and the staff proactively sent a technician to check the connection. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent. The best part of this hotel is its staff, always smiling and ready to serve. Bonus: there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I would love to stay there again when needed.

The hotel is clean and safe. The bed is super comfy. Prices are reasonable. If I go again I will stay in that hotel again. Highly recommend it if anyone wants to stay. Best hotel I have stayed in so far.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent and couldn't do enough for you making it a very pleasant stay. Very safe with good security outside. Very clean room with excellent facilities. Nice hot showers, very clean bathrooms and an excellent selection of toiletries. Loved the breakfast! Brilliant you can have curry for breakfast! They really helped us out with shower and changing facilities before our flight in the evening! Massive thank you!
