I am grateful for how the hotel handled all aspects of my issues when by mistake I was charged twice the hotel realized the error and immediately made sure that a refund was issued. I am delighted to say money was back in my account. The hotel staff were brilliant at how they calmly dealt with this issue and assured me that they will ensure my account was safe. My room was clean and immaculate,I was upgraded and even better has a power jet shower in my king room suite. Thank you to the front house staff and manager.

This was my second stay within several weeks. I was greeted like an old friend. The room was just perfect. When my flight to Colombo was cancelled due to Cyclone Ditwah the hotel was happy to extend my stay, arrange new transport to airport when needed and assist in other communications contact. All in all a brilliant hotel and staff.
