Very comfortable in general. Big apartment, good bed and shower, and very well equipped kitchen. Unlike other comments I saw, the apartment was very clean when I was here. The host was also nice and flexible. As for the location: if you are planning on visiting other cities while staying in Ghent, the location is excellent. 10 min walk to the station, in very nice neighborhood. If you’re planning a shorter stay and only planning on visiting the city it’s not the greatest option (about 45 min walk to the center), although you have a tram right in front of the apartment.

I really appreciated the kind and responsive host, the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed, and the fact that it stayed cool even in July without air conditioning. It was also great to have a kitchen, fresh towels, and a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to the train station, which makes it convenient for day trips to other cities like Antrewpen, Brugge, or Brussels.

The location is amazing, everything is close by, cafes, shops, restaurants. Very quite and beautiful, the area is so alive. The parking is on the opposite side if the entrance, across a pizza restaurant, not very clear at first we had to ask the reception desk. Great lounge area, they have a restaurant and a very modern dining area but I didn’t try them. Looking pretty good though.
