The check in was completed online so when I arrived to the property it was completed with in minutes of my arrival.
The staff was friendly at check in and again at Breakfast the next restaurant the following morning.
Checking out was also completed within minutes.
When I return to Kelowna this will be my hotel I choose to stay at.

Guy on front counter was so nice and helpful. We got two rooms next to each other on 4th floor. Very clean with comfy beds. The included breakfast was really nice
