We had a room on the 21st floor of the hotel with amazing views of Niagara falls, definitely a "wow" factor when you walked into your room, as we had the most breathtaking views! Room was super, with a jacuzzi in our bathroom, fabulous shower and bathroom facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable.

Our room wasn't ready at the check in time and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Offering us a choice of different rooms, or complimentary Buffet breakfast with late 4pm checkout if we wanted to wait for our booked room. Highly recommend hotel for location and staff!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Andrea at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, and the view exceeded our expectations. I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online but in real life it was quite roomy. Great location close to everything, walking distance to the casino in such a way that you don't have to even go outside. 10/10 would recommend.
