View and location were awesome

I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online but in real life it was quite roomy. Great location close to everything, walking distance to the casino in such a way that you don't have to even go outside. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a room on the 21st floor of the hotel with amazing views of Niagara falls, definitely a "wow" factor when you walked into your room, as we had the most breathtaking views! Room was super, with a jacuzzi in our bathroom, fabulous shower and bathroom facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable.

Everything was great and good put together met any expectation, would consider Wyndham again.

Our room wasn't ready at the check in time and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Offering us a choice of different rooms, or complimentary Buffet breakfast with late 4pm checkout if we wanted to wait for our booked room. Highly recommend hotel for location and staff!

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Andrea at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, and the view exceeded our expectations. Even during the coldest days of the year, we were able to enjoy the stunning view of the falls from the comfort of our room.

Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Parking is cheaper than other places near it. While parking is a big issue at Niagara Falls, they allowed to park the car even after check out which is very nice gesture. Parking rate - $10 per day, $15 - overnight. Walk to American Falls is 15 mins and most of the way is downhill slope. This place is closer to the Casino.

It was clean and decent.temperature was good and fresh linen and fancy bathroom. And I loved the morning coffee

I loved the hot tub, view of the falls, and how comfortable my bed was to sleep in.

Nice and spacious. Very clean and relaxing. Great location and only a few blocks from a Tim Hortons. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are big, exactly as shown on the pictures, great location, minutes to the falls, amusement park and all the restaurants.

Parking fee was a bit higher. It needs to be not more than $10 CAD.
