Location for those who need to be reliable to travel( airport and train station are close by 10 min by walking+METRO)! At night time is very quiet!!!
Clean hotel!!! restroom is bathrooms are very comfortable and hot water and the shower is stable.Different pillows can reach any needs. Breakfast is very delicios and atmosphere is Magical! Highly Recommended! Also view on breakfast from window of Departure flights make it very specials

It takes less than 10 minutes to Hongqiao Railway Station. If you have to take early train in the morning, this hotel is the best choice. Furyher, the bed and other facilities are not like any other hotels nearby train station or airport. The bed was really comfortable and other facilities are really good.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I had to change the dates of my stay and it was really easy to handle with their assistance. I would have been lost without their extra inventory, the fact that they had electric stock adapters was life saving

.Location is great, line 10 is just right outside the hotel. There is a huge mall right on the hotel property and surrounding. Full of Korean food as it’s close to Korean street.
.House-maids are fantastic at cleaning and do not throw anything that we left on counters, unless we throw them into the bins ourselves. This prevents us from thinking we don’t need something and found out we do, like new bottle seal.
.Free laundry done for you as often as you wish, no payment needed. They even deliver them to your room.
. The room is clean and is always clean.

The location and staff are amazing. The rooms are nice and new. We got off the bullet train at night, had a nice dinner in the restaurant downstairs and then slept. The room temperature is great and it's adjustable. You can ask for different kinds of pillows. The next day we arrived at the airport in no rush, how good it is.
