Front Desk: Paola and Pol and Christian went above and beyond to take care of the tinniest details.
Isa, Estephania and Maurylyn were there daily at the in house restaurant that served a wide variety of tasty, super healthy and bargain price meals.
The rooftop terrace with pool, full gym, bbq and game room were so convenient!
And all for a bargain price.

The staff make this hostel one of the best I've stayed at in Colombia. I kept extending my stay cause it just really felt like home. Octavio and Santiago really helped me a lot. Ideally located in the Manila neighborhood, The Cut is quickly becoming one of the best hotels in Medellín. The facilities are sleek, modern, and spotless, the staff is excellent, and the basement restaurants are not just among the best in the city, but world-class. Special mention to Pergamino - a local favorite serving some of the best coffee in town.

I stayed a week and it was perfect, could happily stay much longer. Everything felt new and clean. Good strong, hot shower. Had a good balcony with a view and you could charge your laptop there. Check in was smooth and clear. Clothes washing service.
