Spacious and comfortable accommodation in a quiet but central neighbourhood within easy reach to S/U-bahn for longer trips and walking distance from the city centre. The bed is comfy, the apartment is well-equipped, and the supermarkets are nearby. There are also many cosy places to eat out or grab a drink. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Great location near Planten un Blomen and near the parts of the Campus of University of Hamburg. Beds and rooms were comfortable and nice.

We had breakfast just a 2 minute walk from hotel a.m. Museum. The selection was excellent. I was surprised to find out the toilet was in the hallway . Only a shower and sink in the room. But the toilet area was always kept extremely clean. It would be extremely helpful if they would post directions on how to reuse the room heater. The staff are not totally on site but they made themselves available and were able to satisfy our needs. The automatic coffee made was definitely a plus. And no charge for latte cappuccino Etc. I selected those Hotel because it was close to the Bitpanda hamburger open professional tennis matches
