The most amazing hotel! Really exceeded expectations

For an Event we were attending it was best located. Also very close to the Schanzen Viertel with a lot of cool locations and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful

It was very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help is in any way. The food and sweets very amazing. The Negroni cocktail is one of the best I had.

I want to live there! The room design and overall architecture is superb and I loved the view! Staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Location, safety and nice environment

It has a perfect location - easy to walk to the main shopping streets, and there are plenty of restaurants of all kinds nearby. We had a suite, and I loved that they had already set up the couch as a bed for our child with everything we needed. The bed was big, comfortable, very clean, and the bath was a total vibe. Overall, nothing to complain about!

I did invest some time in selecting the hotel and after so many options I was so sure it is the one. Happy I did. All was perfect and am sure I want to get back 😁♥️

The location - Neighbourhood around the hotel is very cozy. The hotel itself - rather beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:15.

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Great location near Planten un Blomen and near the parts of the Campus of University of Hamburg. Beds and rooms were comfortable and nice.

I was particularly impressed by the extra small room option i had picked on purpose for its price it was surprisingly very well designed and though i had A LOT of stuff with me i was actually able to pack it all away quite easily and still have room to move around which i was not expecting. Not a buffet but Breakfast was very nice. and all in a quiet area

The location is very good near the university, with a large option of restaurants near by. The staff is super kind and the breakfast delicious!

Great location and view out looking at panorama view of hamburg. The hotel staff are highly professional. sufficient parking available.
