Everything! Amazing room decor and comfort - we loved the sliding door to the bathroom, excellent breakfast buffet, outstanding bar (especially the staff!), convenient for travel into the city centre and for the wonderful zoo, free minibar (in return for not having the room cleaned daily).

I liked that the room had a microwave and, unlike other hotels where the cleaning staff comes in every day and you have to leave the room while they clean, here nobody disturbed us. I also liked that the check-in and check-out went very quickly.

- Friendly staff - I was allowed to park my bicycle on the hotel's parking lot - quiet rooms - there is a vending machine with coffee and snacks in the hall - the door of the room opens with a code, so no key or keycard needed

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the room was large and comfortable. I didn't have a car, but there are several restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you can always eat at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the room temperature.

receptionists were very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean, enough space for a solo traveller, curtains to get the room really dark, lighting in bathroom very nice, close to bus station (5min walk) and to train station (10 min walk)

Bought a 6-bed room, got the 4-bed when I arrived and slept with only one other person. Probably since it's Feb 1, it's very cold! It was really clean, both the room and toilet, the room had a electronic lock, free access to the shared kitchen and I think washing machine (not sure, it was in the kitchen).
