- The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has sliding doors and everything looked brand new.
- Huge sink and mirror and the shower is well insulated with a large drain.
- The room also has arm chair, sofa, and big ottoman as a desk chair.
- There's a small shelf at the entrance very convinent to keep your sunglasses or phone, keys when you tie your shoes or fix yourself before heading out.
- it is a bit far from center but there's good stores and cafes near like 1 or 2 stops from neuaubing(the hotel's s bahn station) if you want to explore the area.

Everything was very well, the welcoming owner, the staff and the lodging conditions. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant to walk around. Daily room service was a plus. The owners are sensitives to protect the environment. Very nice yard with tables an umbrellas. They have even a room with a table near the lobby where you could stay and eat if you need to. Very good breakfast.

Could not control scalding sink water, for shower to put out enough pressure you had to turn up the cold which made the shower freezing, bed was hard, comforter kept coming apart, and hard to find parking. Otherwise, good location, quiet, clean, and decent comfort.
