Incredible staff, large rooms that's tastefully decorated and great breakfast. The hotel is incredibly well located - just across the street from the main train station, but feels hidden away thanks to the park.

Location and facility is absolutely fantastic. Only 2 metro station to Marienplatz. To the nearest meteo station, you have maybe 150 meters. Facility has everything you need for longer stay. We were group of 6 and it was complitely comfortable. Keep in mind that every noise you make in the yard or in the apartment with windows opened will be reported by neighbor(s) but not by the Lars apartmant owner. He informed us upfront via message.

The place is very clean, spacious, and the living room is especially large and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and even spices, which made cooking much easier. We also appreciated that there were cleaning supplies available. The location is also excellent, with a supermarket just downstairs and a pharmacy nearby.
