Incredible staff, large rooms that's tastefully decorated and great breakfast. The hotel is incredibly well located - just across the street from the main train station, but feels hidden away thanks to the park.

A full service hotel. 24 hour reception. Has a historic decore in a large and comfortable lobby. There was someone to help me take my bag to my room. Reserved a taxi early in the morning to take me to the airport. The taxi arrived 7 minutes early. An exceptional breakfast buffet for 27€. The selection was excellent and left me fueled and ready to go all day. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Small room, but I am a solo traveler, so it was enough for me. Cost a bit more than the normal budget tourist hotels, but the extra money was worth the amenities. Walk out of the south exit of the central Munich train station, cross the street and you are there.

This is the second time I stay in your Hotel and my son stayed there 2 times and I always recommend it to my friends and family members because of soooooo many good things. The location is perfect, literally in the center of the city, close to Munich Hbf - Main train station, tram stop is 50 meters from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Smart Stay Station Hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms were comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out, which made exploring the city so much easier. They were also very polite and went above and beyond, offering free water and hot coffee, which was a nice touch. I’d highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It’s also super close to the hop-on, hop-off bus, making it easy to see all the city’s sights. Would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bayer's, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located directly across from Munich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, especially for easy access to the airport. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very quiet, ideal for a restful night after a day of travel. Also every hotel staff we interacted with was super friendly and kind, which made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We hope the team enjoyed the Tim Tam biscuits we left at reception as a small thank you :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich

Near the city center and train station, nice people and good room

From the minute we walked in, this hotel was a credit to Munich! The lovely male receptionist was so welcoming and seemed genuinely excited to welcome us to the hotel! We arrived 3 hours early hoping to drop our bags, but our room was ready so we were checked in straight away! The room (twin) was plenty big enough, good shower and nice and clean. Breakfast has been the usual meats, cheese, yogurt, cereal etc. Nights have been quiet, bed are comfortable, air con works well...

The property was very clean and cozy, with a really good breakfast at the property and exceptionally helpful staff. The location was also good, close to the train station and central bus station, within walking distance to the old town and its sights. Additionally, there was a direct bus from the international airport, which was very convenient and cost-saving.
