Everything was awesome, the room was quite and very clean and the breakfast was having a variety of food from were to choose. The hotel is in a great location just 15 min walking to Marienplatz. Also the staff were very nice and friendly.

I needed an emergency passport to replace one I had lost. This place looked close, so I booked it. It was a 10-minute walk to the American Consulate General. That was the practical reason I booked. But when I arrived, I was blown away by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The lady at the front desk was terrific! It felt like I was kind of staying "at home!" I cannot recommend the Hotel Carlton enough.
