My stay went smoothly thanks to the super nice staff, who made necessary adjustments when I was checking in and had forgotten to take cash for the deposit. I imagine they're equally flexible with other issues :) The facilities themselves are incredible, everything is clean, safe, I didn't even use the locker (although they are available). The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone is very friendly and there are always interesting people to talk to!

The room is very clean, everything you need is available. We love the location, easy connection with the train, tram and bus to the train central station, city as well as the airport. Around the hotel, there's a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and it's really quiet. And we also love the facilities inside the hotel community room with iron, washing machines, kitchenette. We definitely would recommend to everyone and will return to the same hotel when we're visiting Munich again.

Everything. The roof Terrace is excellent and 24/7 open. Sit down,get your coffe and enjoy the view. Clean, parking poss around (not in the garage - 18€ per day),bike parking. Room modern with welcome drinks. Sound proof room.
