Perfect location near businesses and downtown Guayaquil in a quiet street between main roads. The place is very clean and very well maintained. I appreciate the beautiful woodwork and the sent of cedar wood in the room. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and juices added with eggs, bacon and sandwiches.
