Everything! Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!

I loved the little kitchen area, it was nice to be able to fix a simple breakfast. The roof top terrace was very nice as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very new and clean apartment. Close both to the airport and the main mall (5 min drive to the airport and 3 min walk to the mall). Great value for money, if you have a night and need close accommodation to the airport. Very responsive host.

The hosts were excellent! The Beds and pillows were more comfortable than my own at hom. The facility and rooms were spotless. The location to the airport was very close. We were a party of 3 and decided an extra room would be nice. The Hosts hooked us up with another room, nearby our origonal booking. I also really liked that there were fridges stocked with drinks( a mini bar of sorts)

Great location, 5 minute walk to the mall and in a safe neighborhood. Host was absolutely wonderful and super attentive. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Guayaquil. Its clean, really comfy with a kitchen and tv with netflix.

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes away from the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast room is on the 8th floor, with panoramic views of the city, and the complimentary breakfast buffet itself is excellent. The Mall del Sol is half a block away, so if you have an hour or two, you can check it out. It’s modern, with lots of coffee places and restaurants.
