Many thanks for Mohamed Hagid from the reception, Hamada and Nagi from Lobby Bar, Ahmed, Ibrahim and Mohamed Ramadan from restaurant. All staff were excellent for me. I have stayed just 2 nights but everything was good. Hopefully I will come again.

Staff are excellent Food for our all-inclusive was great Pools and activities and aquapark was excellent the beach is clean Safety is a top priority for the facility, I felt safe for the kids.

Good value for money. Amazing staff especially Mohamed Mahrous from the reception who made our stay exceptional as he provided us with everything we asked for; always accommodating and trying to help. Also thanks to Mohamed Refaat and Abdelrahman from the main restaurant who delivered exceptional service everyday on the breakfast buffet. The Italian restaurant has amazing vibes and an amazing Italian chef who cooks authentic Italian recipes. The beach is beautiful with amazing reefs; you don’t even need to go inside for snorkeling you can see colorful fish on the shore.
