Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, everything is in place, pools are diversified and massive, and the restaurants has great food variety. The staff is great, welcoming, and cooperative. We loved the relaxing pool the most, very chill and quiet. The hotel staffs clean it well so there is no even single leaves in the water. Also, I've never met such friendly staffs in my whole travel experience, especially Mr. Badea who remembered each of our name quickly. He is kind and helpful, definitely the key person that made our stay a special one :)

Breakfast is amazing , has everything you dream off. Hotel beach amazing, Staff amazing ,( receiption ,restaurants , beach staff, dive center staff) all go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Wifi signal very good. If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.
