I had no idea this was part of a chain—the hotel is housed in a stunning 700-year-old building that has been beautifully transformed into what feels like a true five-star experience. The hotel was lovely , traditional Spanish and particularly in the style of Toledo with the massive beans supporting an internal patio. We had one of the attic rooms (308) with a patio with views to die for of the cathedral, particularly at night all lit up! The location was brilliant
