Loved staying here. Staff were so helpful and friendly. My room was so comfortable and clean. I really did like the heated floor in the bathroom, a luxury. Breakfast was awesome, with so many choices. The hotel has so many comfortable places to sit and relax. Loved the faux fireplace. Great location within walking distance to everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here! I will come back and stay :)

Everything was understandable. I got my keys from the reception. We had a separate entrance to our apartment. It was warm, spacious, had everything we need, either for cooking or just preparing snacks. They also had a hostel in the neighbouring building.

Our host Daniel was very helpful. He provided a visual walkthrough guide of how to enter the property, and collect the key. He was very attentive and communicative. The apartment was very comfortable, with all amenities available for an easy stay; Wifi, and Netflix were all very seamless. It's very quiet so had great nights' sleep every night! The neighborhood is a great location, close to the main rail station, metro, shopping, food choices, central part of town, the waterfront, etc. You can walk to everything with ease. We would stay there again if we visited Helsinki in the future.

Location was amazing being walking distance to Kamppi shopping center and the metro there. The rooms were warm and cozy with a lot of living space. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and having a sauna ensuite was simply amazing. We used it nearly every night. We would absolutely stay here again and quite probably will. We loved being able to do laundry daily so we could minimize our packing and the fact it was a wash and ry unit in one was great so no need to remember to transfer. Just a 3 hour cycle and you are done. Parking is a bit expensive as it is in the city core, but that is what you get for the location. Lots of street parking is available for 4 Euro per hour from 9AM to 9PM weekdays and 9AM to 6PM Saturday - Sundays Free. Bear in mind, there are also car garages nearby that charge a daily max of 36-38 Euro so if you plan to leave a car for a day or so that might be a better option than the street parking.
