The apartment was great and really spacious. There was everything we needed and more like nespresso coffee machine, shower products etc. The host was very helpful and gave us many tips and recommendations for places to eat or activities. The neighborhood was really authentic, clean and very safe (even after dark). There were many restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. It was walking distance from the city centre (20 min to the centre), so we usually walked everywhere, no public transportation needed. My girlfriend appreciated good lighting in the bathroom for putting on makeup.

Niko was very gracious and accommodating. Because Niko personally checks in his guests, I was stressed that he wouldn't have been able to get my messages in time to check in me because of the subway's lack of cell phone service. However, as soon as I had service, he immediately sent an associate out to welcome me so that I wouldn't have to wait for him to arrive. The apartment was clean, well laid out, and tastefully decorated. I felt at home as he has one of the same lamps that I have back in NY. As a bonus, the place looks much larger than it does in photos. Tall folks, please take note -- my 6'5"/1.96m husband was able to fit in the shower. Plus, the shower does not flood or steam up the bathroom. Both things are extremely rare for most accommodations in Athens! Location wise, the apartment is located in one of the best spots in Athens. It's a 10 minute walk from/to the subway station and taxis are readily available as soon as you step outside. There are diverse and plentiful options for dining, shopping, and amenities within walking distance as well. Also a tip for non-European travelers, be sure to purchase an e-sim prior to your travel so that you can call or message the host upon your arrival as some mobile phone carriers will not automatically enable international roaming. As much I would love all hosts to have self check-in options, it's not always possible, so try to be prepared as you can.

It was clean and full of everything one might need for their stay. The location is very close to the city center and buses. It is big enough for two or even three guests, and the decoration was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they waited for our late check in and stayed in contact the whole time.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The owner greeted us on arrival and introduced everything, he was really thoughtful. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Location was superb, even though since it is on the main road, at times there were some noises from the street. But when we shut the doors, noise was minimal.
