The location is great, the staff is very helpful and polite! The parking is wide and has easy access. This is a great place to start your adventure in the Ioannina area, including the famous caves, the lake, etc. The room is very decent, with enough modern amenities and allows a great night's rest. The town itself is very charming, with some great places to eat out and enjoy Greek country life!

Chrysoula's hospitality. She was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. She would also leave some delicious bites for the morning in the room. The kind of accommodation where you would return not (only) because of the facilities but because of the warm treatment. The room is nice, with a big bathroom and a big balcony. The position in Perama is good both for visiting the city but also for driving up to Zagorochoria. Also Perama cave is nearby.
