Check in reception: very good Reception via call from room: very good and prompt response even late evening. Check out reception: not as good as check-in. I know I have to wait for the receptionist to complete the conversation with a guest before me. I hope the receptionist realize I am heavily loaded with back/front and try to address it quick if possible. By the time I handover the room key for checkout, the process is almost done in a blink but waiting time in such situation can be handled much better. Waiting area: should have place to rest nearer to the reception counter to avoid this situation. Special thank yo the laundry service: prompt, on time and great packing Breakfast: Good range of selection. Small issue with the staff around to clean up: should pay more attention to the person is eating while he is doing the cleaning near by: either wait or relocate the person for cleaning. Spa service: better if you can provide a basket for guest to put the stuff in without putting them to the chair.
