The staff were super friendly and accommodating. One of the guys helped me with my luggage to the taxi which was incredibly kind.
The staff were very attentive to ensure the girls dorm remained clean. They clean it three times per day by default. You can request extra if needed. They often organise events and it appears very naturally social.
There are many Indians living there long term due to accommodation constraints. However, it’s actually nice because there’s a lot of respect as many call this place home for now. And Indian culture truly operates on a ‘mi casa es tú casa’ mentality. I felt very safe and welcomed.

We were quite hesitant travelling to India, especially with how things are in the world at the moment and having not been to India before. However, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, from the security at the front entrance to seeing Oliver at breakfast every morning. We had such a nice experience, and we highly recommend staying at the Hotel Bawa Suites.

in general, the 13-night stay was positive: staff is friendly and room service is great, good food provided and not expensive. Hot water 24 hours. Internet speed was limited to 5 megabits upload and download, so the staff found a solution by setting up a separate router with a separate network (took some time to be visited by a technician who confirmed that the speed limit is indeed present, like if it was a secret noone knew about). But be aware that there's a nightclub in the same building, so walls and glass are shaking every day from around 7pm till 1:30am (the room was on the 2nd floor)
