For us, this was a much-needed oasis in Mumbai, offering peace and tranquility right by the lake. The location is perfect, a combination of peaceful apartment-style facilities and lively hotel amenities that create a great balance. The apartment is spacious, clean, and offers a great view. The staff are truly next level. Everyone is incredibly friendly, always greeting you warmly, remembering your name, and even your morning coffee order. When we returned for a second stay because we enjoyed it so much, they recognized us immediately, welcomed us back, and even surprised us with a goodbye cake. This was by far the best place we stayed in Mumbai. We highly recommend it and would love to return. A special shoutout to Ashwati, Rocky, Vithal, and many others who made our stay such a wonderful experience..

From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exemplary. The staff exudes professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. A special mention must go to Ms. Sunita, the Manager — a truly kind soul and an embodiment of what great hospitality should be. On the final day of our stay, I was unwell, and it felt as though the entire hotel was rallying around my family with care, concern, and compassion that truly moved us. The attention to detail, the seamless coordination, and the empathetic service delivered by the entire team made us feel less like guests and more like extended family. Meluha is not just a hotel — it’s an experience of excellence. If you're looking for world-class service wrapped in genuine human warmth, this is the place to be. Highly recommended. Five stars aren’t enough.

Cooperation good food but small room over all good

I have been visiting this property for almost an year now and its safe to say that its been good. The staffs are really good and the rooms are very comfortable.very well located. good cooperative and friendly staff. comfortable stay.Location of the hotel, easy to locate and peaceful area. Hotel staff is helpful and reception staff very helpful and polite.

Nice clean room at a good location

Property is new and well mantained with wonderful staff to help you. Located within a commercial building still well connected with several eating joints nearby. Breakfast served was good and tasty although delivered from other resturant.

Cleanliness and Location was nearst to all the places.

Atleast give one water bottle complimentary in each room.. People come from travelling different cities and you take 30₹ of each bottle! Samne ki shop main same bottle 20₹ ko hai😓 Food quality was good 👍
