The staff - extremely friendly and warm. The restaurant - serves absolutely amazing food. The property- its done tastefully and a very unique experience. The Owner - an extremely humble and a thorough gentleman. Hardworking and super attentive to the needs of each guest. He persinally meets and greets with the guests at breakfast and lunch, ensuring the dining and overall experience at the resort-hotel is a memorable one, which we think is very endearing and an adorable gesture. Anecdotes from our stay- Our room was not as i had expected. The photographs i saw were different to the room i was alloted, and there were too many mosquitoes and noise from the streets. Any other resort would have simply said- it is what it is.. but not here. As soon as i informed the property manager, he escalated the matter to the owner, who immediately came to meet us and ensured that every little detail /expectation was taken care of for us and the rest of our stay was a memorable one. I was pregnant and requested for coconut water, which they did not have on their menu, but as soon as the owner heard about it, he ensured that not only got a coconut water then but also it was there each morning, at breakfast without fail. On the 2nd day of our stay my husband was feeling unwell and the staff took brilliant care of him, to ensure he got alright. It was extremely commendable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Echoes. The facility is brand new and features a sleek, modern design that feels very fresh. The location is unbeatable—situated close to Mattancherry Palace and within easy walking distance of the heart of Fort Kochi. ​The staff were a highlight; they were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the local area. While the breakfast is basic, it is made to order and perfectly adequate to start the day. We had no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kochi!
