Our host was super friendly and very helpful. She told us how close she was to the train station and then met us at the house when we arrived. Explained everything to us. She was very friendly.

The owner Tanya met me as I arrived to help with the luggage, as there are some stairs before you get to the lift. She was very welcomiing and helpful. She provided a generous breakfast including a piece of fruit for my trip. The furnishings were very attractive, especially the sitting/breakfast room decor and arrangement. The restaurant downstairs she mentioned was good for diinner. I would stay here again for sure!

Great little place in the bustling port and train station area. Very convenient especially for the train. The host, Fabrizio, was amazing. Communication and service was excellent. We got a room with a double and 4 bunk twins. Worked out great for our family. The common space is well supplied and furnished. My favorite was the Nespresso machine and pods as we had an early train.

Totally recommended if you are planning to embark on a cruise from Genoa....you can walk directly to the cruise terminal. The apartment is large and ckean...the host very friendly.

The property has great location, close to the station and cruise terminals. We were lucky to be upgraded to a room with sea view on top floor, which was amazing surprise and added to the overall great experience. The receptionist was amazing, super helpful and ongoing. The breakfast was very generous, we expected less.
