Everything was more than perfect, Mr. Ahmed abdelgawad from the guest relations and Francesca from guest management made our stay impeccable. Mr Ahmed went above and beyond to make us comfortable all throughout and Francesca gave us necessary tips for getting around in the city.
The staff are all so kind and always in service.
The hotel’s location is incredible and the breakfast’s quality was top notch!
We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us incredible arrangements for a very romantic room, the view was amazing and the bedding was very comfortable.
It was one of the best experiences we’ve had! So excited for our next stay!

We stayed here for three nights and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, it was so peaceful. The staff were all so kind and friendly and checked in daily to see did we need anything. The room was so clean and cosy. Also it’s in a perfect location with everything in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again
