Our stay at Villa Pia was exceptional. Juliana made us feel at home immediately upon arrival and helped us in every possible way. She gave us good recommendations for meals; she and her husband provided an awesome, home cooked breakfast of savory and sweet pastries, egg dishes and many other choices. Also, the outdoor setting for breakfast was pleasant. It was a wonderful experience to stay at Villa Pia.

The rooms were huge! 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room. Very quiet located just 10 minutes from downtown in an orange grove. It was a perfect stay.

The daily breakfast is second to none, with a different serving every day prepared with local ingredients and described in detail by Stefano. The B&B is located at the end of a road in a quite upscale neighbourhood with a view of Syracuse and Ortigia and just a 10-minute drive away. Stefano provided us with suggestions for sites to see, local activities, restaurants, and beaches before we checked in and we appreciated the early check-in time. Grazie mille, Stefano!

The location was great On a map it seems out of town But everything is 10-15 minutes by car and you have parking Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations Everything you need to know is there if you want to cook etc
