Great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient. There’s also a LUUP stand right next to the hostel, perfect for renting bikes and exploring the area.
The staff is excellent… fluent in English, very helpful, and proactive. I had a minor foot injury during my stay, and they went above and beyond to assist me. They helped set up an appointment with a doctor and provided detailed options for nearby hospitals, which was incredibly reassuring.
The hostel itself is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the staff truly stands out for their efficiency and friendliness.
A highlight of my stay was the game night.. playing Mario Kart with others was so much fun! The hostel has a warm and social atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here!

The size of our room was good, much bigger than our room in Tokyo. Wev loved the library/lounge area on the ground floor. But the best part is that the hotel is almost directly across Toji Station - super convenient!

The hotel is very close to Kyoto station and all staffs are very friendly.
The on-site restaurant provides excellent meals. A 7-11 store is next to the hotel and you can find a foreign currency exchange machine inside.
We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them so that we could visit sights in the city.
The on-site spa is also great and you can check from your room if the spa room is crowded.

Location was easy and quick to reach from Kyoto station
Although the rooms don't have a window it never felt claustrophobic
The bed was very large and comfortable
The bath was surprisingly large and water so warm
They even had some kind of yukatas for us to use in the room :D
Didn't really use the kitchen facilities so can't comment on it
