The hotel’s location was really good and I love that they gave me and my parents near rooms, also the staff were really kind and helpful. I really like that rooms and hotels decorations and colors were light. It was my first time visiting Osaka and I will definitely stay in The Rise Osaka Kitashinchi again. Loved it!

The hotel was in the middle of Umeda district; many fine restaurnts, shops, etc,etc. Also, the train station was only a couple minutes away. It couldn't be better. The place was clean and quite. If I go to Osaka again, the place is my choice.
