Fantastic amenities and location, with great meticulous care on details.

The location was great for me. Close enough to all the places I wanted to see; the castle, Umeda sky building and vegan restaurants.

I honestly loved everything about the hotel and my choice of the room. The room was really nice and spacious for me (and for Japan overall I think). I was a bit hesitant about the shared bathroom situation at first but my room was essentially in front of the shower/toilet rooms, so it was very convenient to jump right into it. Every time I used the showers they were spotless and seemingly no one used them before, so it means they were getting cleaned really often. Having the sink in the room helped also to brush my teeth, wash hands etc. It was nice that on the 5th floor there was a small laundry room with hot and cold water as well as a fridge where you can leave some food with a note with your name. The staff was super nice and helpful, always greeting me with a smile or wishing me a nice day in the morning. The location was even better than I realized because Temmabashi station has Keihan line running all the way to Kyoto's eastern part (Gion etc.) as well as other stations where you can transfer easily to Uji, for example.

Excellent location. Room was small but had everything needed. Lobby is comfortable to sit down. I was positively surprised by the overall experience.

Great atmosphere, spacious - just great. Location and views superb. The Kamon served wonderful Teppanyaki, top class, by great Chef and serving staff. Kudos! Rooms (we had one each) really great in all respects.

Clean and comfort room, the staffs were super friendly and supportive. Next to a JR station, many convenient market around along with good foods.

BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLE!!! BEST BREAKFAST IN JAPAN!! Delicious noodles, meatballs, rolls with walnuts and raisins in them, soup, rice, animals, yellow and glow in the dark foods, condiments, coffee, many teas, what more could you want? Comfy lounge, can sit in it all day. Very nice staff, great coffee. Absolutely loved this place.

I love this hotel very much and close to MRT station, just 1 min walking distance, hotel and room very clean, breakfast very good and they do provide a washer and dryer at lobby (only 500 and 200 yen).

Convenient location, super helpful staff

Good facilities, including washing machine and dryer. The onsen was great - I was the only guest there on a weekday afternoon. There was a steam sauna room as well. I liked the massage chairs and free ice-blocks. The room was comfortable and quiet. Location was good - just 4 minutes walk to the Kitahama subway station and the Kitahama Plaza supermarket.

The service was top notch! So was the onsen. It was a really relaxing experience!

The staff is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Also the room was very clean and the cleaners were very polite and dilligent as well. Additionally, the bathtub is full sized which is very nice.
