We loved many things about this hotel. First, it is very well located, it is in a beautiful district, close to Dotonbori and Americamura, but far from the crowds. It has a subway access literally next door, which is very convenient. The breakfast had a good selection of products, from both japanese and western style food. The room was comfortable and clean

The property was ideal for everything me and my wife wanted to do while in Osaka. Dotonbori and Universal were just a few train stations away, and the Aeon mall was less than a ten minute walk. If you’re into walking at night it is very peaceful with a few parks nearby and convenience stores as well. Aside from location the space itself was very large compared to other hotels in the area. A full bathroom with a washer for your clothes, a kitchen with everything you need to make a simple meal or snack and two beds and a little coffee table to help you feel more comfortable.

Convenient location. There is a convenience store really close by and there are different subways/ trains close by too. The hotel was clean and the staff was so kind and helpful.

It's a great apartment within an office complex close to the metro and bus stops so you can easily travel within Osaka. Place is clean, neat and comfortable. Lots of direction on the walls to help you know how to use the facilities like laundrymachine, hottub, aircon. Big plus is the laundrymachine that washes and dries, but it takes some time so be sure not to turn it on before going to bed. Sakaguchi-san was also always quick to reply to my messages before, during and after our stay.

Great value, very big and clean house for a family of 4! This was our very first visit to Osaka as a family of four (aged 6 and 8). They use a key code lock (will provide few days in advance) and you just take the key from a lock hanged at the door. The house is extremely clean and tidy. It feels just like a brand-new, freshly renovated house. Didn't encounter a single stain or any insects. Other hotel is usually very small (around 20+ sqm for a similar price), this whole house is 60+ sqm! It comes with a washing machine, provide laundry detergent and softener, shower cream/shampoo, toothpaste, plenty of fresh towels and toothbrushes. kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient utensils. No worry about stepping noises from people. Neighborhood is super quiet at night, can have a good sleep, this better than staying at the heart of Osaka, noise can be unbearable till midnight. And Feels incredibly safe at night though is a neighborhood. Train stations 2 mins away. Places like the Sea Aquarium, Kuromon Market, Kids Plaza Museum, Namba, Umeda, and Tenma are all just 2 to 5 train stations away (with about 1 or 2 easy train transfers). Bus 88 takes you directly to the Science Museum or Umeda in about 15-25 minutes. Airport just 3 stations on the Hanshin Namba Line to Namba, then transfer airport express train. Just nearby, there is a large Aeon supermarket which is a lifesaver. You can easily grab quick bites there. they have a full variety of delicious Japanese bentos, fresh sushi, and a bakery. There is also a Starbucks and a great food court serving ramen, Japanese cuisine, curry rice, and udon. Can skip the super crowded tourist dining spots in Namba.
