This hotel was great! The staff were always so sweet and helpful, and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean. It's also easy to get everywhere, only a 5 minute walk to the station. Would absolutely stay here again — it was everything I wanted for 4 nights in Osaka!

We booked this last minute and we were not disappointed, beautiful hotel, the rooms 1st class, fridge, safe, good range of toiletries. Loved the Pj"s they provided.

Everything was perfect — the facilities were great, the hotel was spotless, and I really appreciated the two bottles of water provided every day. The location was very comfortable and convenient, and the noon checkout made the last day so relaxed. I’d happily stay here again!
