I don’t know where to begin…our stay here at The Red House was one of the most enjoyable visits we have ever had, anywhere. The building itself is gorgeous and so well preserved with beautiful wood carvings and mosaics everywhere. It felt like we were thrown back in time so that we could appreciate life in Morocco as it was through the years. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Medina and so many of the important historical sites that we visited. The food in their restaurant was amazingly delicious with many options to experience authentic Moroccan cuisine- we enjoyed every meal we had there! Finally, the people who work at The Red House were some of the loveliest and kindest people we met on the trip. They were thoughtful about our comfort and generous with their time and effort to ensure that we had an amazing experience every day. Abdel is a wonderful, genuine host and kindly made recommendations and reservations for us for several experiences throughout the area- we truly enjoyed speaking with him and learning about the authentic Morocco. Amin and the rest of the staff were kind, friendly, and eager to help however they could. It was lovely to return to The Red House at the end of each day as a perfect end to an amazing Moroccan trip! Highly highly recommend!

😀 the location was a plus for the whole trip!! We didn’t have to drive at all!!! The apartment is situated in a very safe neighbourhood and was extra large, clean !! I highly recommend this place!! The owner and Fadwa were very responsive and very friendly !!

Oumaima from guest relations got us off to a wonderful staff with her warm hospitality. She contacted us even before arrival to assure us our visit would be pleasant and it was indeed! She welcomed us in person on arrival, staying later than usual to do so as we arrived late in the evening. She also escorted us to our room along with Mohammed who took us aside to serve us tea and cookies while he checked us in. Such excellent customer service is what makes Movenpick an all time favorite when we visit Marrakech. The property and grounds are very well maintained and a beautiful oasis to retreat to while in the Red City. Thanks to Oumaima, Mohammed and all the other wonderful staff members we interacted with including Hanane and Zak for an excellent time. The daily breakfast buffet was well enjoyed and the daily check in messages were very appreciated. I look forward to returning to Movenpick and highly recommend this 5 star hotel and experience.

It was a 10/10 experience for me. I stayed at your hotel earlier this week from 5th May and had such a wonderful time. Everything about my stay was perfect, from checking in to the lovely tea I was served at arrival and also my room 🙂. The room was absolutely beautiful and maintained to perfection. This was my first time in Morocco and I was not disappointed at all. Special mention to Chaima, who welcomed me and ensure everything was perfect- truly great Moroccan hospitality. I wish I could have stayed for longer but alas; I had to return to work. I hope to return soon, keep up the good work. Oh yes and the hotel always smelled fantastic!!!!
